A method of preparing

  • Start by mixing arnica with comfrey and olive oil, then heat the ingredients in a double pan.
  • Reduce the heat and let it steep for 2-3 hours. Make sure that the ingredients do not boil over.
  • Add the wax and let it dissolve.
  • Add shea butter.
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool until a thick layer forms on top.
