  • 1 portion of  hard cheese (200 g).
  • 2 chicken breasts (500 g).

  • 4 cloves of garlic (5 g).
  • 1 onion (60 g).

  • Breasts should be cut into medium or small cubes; size according to the bite. 
  • Season with salt and pepper. Fry in hot olive oil  at high temperature until golden brown. It is very important to add the chicken when the oil is warmed up well. This allows the meat to be fried quickly, leaving it juicy.
  • After about 3 minutes, when the chicken cubes are browned on the outside, but a bit raw on the inside – remove them from the pan.

There is a high probability that the chicken pieces you fried have absorbed all the oil – so in the same pan we can heat up another dose of olive oil and wait for the oil to heat up again. 

  • In the meantime  , cut the onion into small pieces and the garlic cloves into thin slices. First add the onion in the frying pan, wait until it is translucent and leave it on low heat for about 10/15 minutes.
  • Then add the garlic slices which will turn brown in seconds. It is important not to add them together with the onions, because the garlic burns quickly, when the onion is still raw. Add the cream and grated cheese to the browned slices of garlic and onion. We can add a pinch of salt to taste.
  • The next step is to thoroughly mix all the ingredients, leaving them on low heat so that the onion and garlic merge into a homogeneous mass with the melted cheese and cream.

An inconspicuous combination of onion and garlic adds an interesting flavor to the sauce. The contrast between the textures of all ingredients will delight you and your guests!

Finally, add the chicken pieces to the sauce, mix them together, leave for another 5 minutes and enjoy a great dish.

  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs (300 g).
  • 2 chicken breasts (500 g).
  • Olive oil (to taste).
  • Salt, pepper (to taste).
  • 2 cloves of garlic (3 g).
  • 3 eggs (180 g).

Preparation

  • First, the chicken breasts should be cut into finger-length strips.
  • In a mortar, crush the garlic, parsley, paprika with a little salt and olive oil. You will make your own homemade pesto. In a separate vessel, mix the sauce with the eggs until you get a homogeneous mass.
  • Add chicken strips to the resulting mixture, combine the ingredients well.  Then put the marinated chicken in the bowl in the fridge for an hour or two. Don’t worry about just a few more steps and the dish will be ready.
  • After the time has elapsed, take the chicken out of the fridge and coat each piece individually in breadcrumbs.
  • Then put the chicken into a hot frying pan with a lot of oil and wait for it to brown and cook well.
  • Finally, on kitchen paper, drain the chicken fat. Fat gets in the way when combined with a creamy sauce.
