Mint, in turn, has the following properties:

  • It has a relaxing and antispasmodic effect. It improves metabolism and soothes pain.
  • Thanks to the presence of essential oils such as menthol, it protects the stomach and intestines. It has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties.

  • 1 cup of diced watermelon (220 g)
  • 10 strawberries
  • One lemon juice
  • 1 cup of water (200 ml)

  • It’s really easy and only takes a moment. The first thing to do is to prepare 220 g of watermelon (you can melon – whatever you prefer). We also squeeze the lemon juice.
